The Sweetfern is a 320 Square Foot Studio Model. The Sweetfern stores a 3-piece bathroom, a full kitchen, an open living space, and a storage loft. With large windows, and a light airy feel the Sweetfern gives a sense of the outdoors coming in.

The Sumac is a 512 Square Foot 1 Bedroom Model. The Sumac provides open kitchen and living space, a 3 piece bath, and a private sleeping quarters. With flexible entry-points, the Sumac is accessible and functional for all use cases.

The Spruce is a 750 Square Foot Studio Model. The Spruce is the largest of our pre-packaged models, with 2 private bedrooms, a 3-piece bathroom, and open living/kitchen space. The Spruce is great for rentals, live-in suites, or rental properties.
